Soy Chicken index (recipes) home
   
Ingredients    
6 chicken breast fillets
1/2 cup Oriental Soy Sauce and 
 juice of 3 lemons
2 tbsp oil
   
Method    
• Marinate chicken breasts with lemon juice and Soy Sauce for at least 2 hours; heat oil in frying pan and fry chicken
• If you like it low-calorie, serve with vegetable garnish, otherwise with mashed potatoes or rice.
Tip: Try with fish instead of chicken!
